Maintenance and Servicing

Maintenance & Servicing

If you have an air conditioning unit, air conditioning system or heat pump then regular maintenance is recommended – and may be a regulatory requirement.

Maintenance and servicing will improve the performance of your equipment, improve reliability and reduce the likelihood of an equipment failure at a critical moment. Air quality will be maintained, only if filters are checked and replaced at recommended intervals. Regular servicing may also be a requirement of equipment guarantees.

Air conditioning maintenance and servicing

Cold Heat works with equipment from all major manufacturers, and is capable of servicing and maintaining a wide variety of systems from different brands, whether large or small. Many clients opt for a maintenance contract, taking the hassle out of ensuring that servicing is planned on a timely basis.

Should you have a system containing F gas (fluorinated greenhouse gas), you are required to use only F gas qualified engineers to service your system, and to have a leak test carried out on a regular basis. Cold Heat has the accreditation, and trained engineers, to meet the requirements.

For commercial users, Cold Heat is familiar with arranging servicing at times that will minimise impact on business activities, such as during evenings, at weekends or overnight.
